We agreed on a price so I made airline reservations. 3 days later they decided they didn't want to sell the car to me for that price. They were very rude and didn't care so I came to the dealership anyway....I agreed to pay their advertised price ($1300$ more). They told me NO unless I also gave them $599 in BS prep fees, a 299 doc fee and Sales Tax! I am from out of state. Total BS. This dealership has ZERO integrity and they are GREEDY. On another note: I felt very bad for the salesperson who did an excellent job. It's too bad he has to work at such a place. More

There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and he let us think about it without pressure. He replied to text messages from later in the evening to before his shift even started in the morning. After purchasing my car, we had some issues. Mostly to do with the financing part. We were very delighted by the way they handled the issues. They stood behind their employees and at the same time understood our concerns. We went in a bit upset and came out very happy. It is when you don't have a perfect transaction, that you can really know if they are going to honor, stand by or take care of their customer. You can put that the customer truly matters on your window, but it is standing behind it that matters. And Cardinale Way Truly does do that!! I have brought my car in three times for minor issues and every time I have been there, they have treated me terrific! When Gary, the serviceman for my car, found out how much I loved red cars (and mine is grey) he has made a point of making sure my loaner would be a fun red car!! They have treated each issue with respect and not made me feel petty for being concerned or wanting them looked at. Not only would I recommend them 100%, but I am devoted to them and plan if I need another vehicle in the future, that is where I am going!! More

It was supposed to be I called regarding a listing of theirs that they had posted on Cargurus. It was a Mazda 3i sport that was advertised at $7,999. It was supposed to be certified preowned. (I have screenshots of the advertisement and I'm glad I do because they quickly took it down after this whole experience). Well, when I contacted them about this product, they told me it actually had an open recall and that they couldn't honor the preowned status of the car. (Actually at first they told me they wouldn't be selling the car at all at first! But then contacted me later saying they would) I asked if it was still the same price and if it had a warranty, they told me to call them. Obviously I did and the internet sales manager told me that the recall was over a small rusty screw in the parking break and that they were still gonna sell the car as is. So they were gonna sell me the car at the price advertised, with an open recall on the PARKING BRAKE, with no price change or warranty offered. Ridiculous...so I received what I thought was a quality assurance check from someone claiming to be the general manager Al. I replied with my concerns only to be met with an email from the very same sales rep I was complaining about!! It's like she was the one reading the email or like Al just wanted to "pass the buck." I don't know but all my trust was lost. It gets better though, I then received a message from someone named Chris who said he was the sales manager! After complaining to him about ALL of this all he did was tell me to have a nice day, wished me luck on finding a car, and that the email I received from Al was an automated template and he was sorry for the confusion. After which I replied that I wanted the phone number to his corporate office. He never responded to that message even though all of the other messages were VERY promptly answered. Guess I'll be contacting the BBB because I have no clue what else I can do.. More

T Never have a purchased a new vehicle with less pain and time consumed. My sales rep. Brian was the best. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. There was no attempts to up sale or hassle with financing, the trade in amount or any part of the dreaded paperwork process. Steve in financing did a great job of showing me the options for warranty and maintenance but did not push. Every thing was explained. More

We told this to our sales representative and he was completely fine with that. So we proceeded to look on the lot for one of the Grand Touring models and all the time Brian was telling us about the salient features of this model and some of it's unique features. All the time being willing to answer any questions that we had. After hearing all about the car and sitting in it for a few minutes my wife looked at me and said she wanted drive one and that completely blew me away as she only wanted to drive our three finalists once we had picked them out and we weren't there yet. At the tne of our time with Brian we drove off the lot with our new CX-5 GT. This was a very smooth and comfortable experience for us. Keep in mind that we have owned more than 30 cars over our 45 years of marriage, so we have seen it all when it comes to buying cars from dealerships. This was truly a pleasure! Thank you Brian! More
