I went on day and test drove with Corrie - excellent drive, excellent knowledge of the car, the details, and she also got me hooked on backing onto parking spaces! The next week, I came in to buy, and there was no back-and-forth, no nagging, just a couple of great deals to choose from after stating my price. Excellent! This will always be my first choice for buying a car! More

I contacted Corrie Wright a few weeks ago and told her exactly the car I was looking for -- a whi Cardinale Way Mazda is the way car buying should be. I contacted Corrie Wright a few weeks ago and told her exactly the car I was looking for -- a white or gray 2017 Miata manual. She thoroughly researched available cars and notified me the moment one was on the way to the dealership. (Meanwhile, I made the mistake of contacting other dealerships, whose salespeople harassed me by phone and email, pushing cars they knew I didn't want.) Corrie was so helpful and courteous -- I recommend her to anyone looking for a car. The sales manager called me, told me all the discounts I'd get, and quoted me the price. It was a terrific price (I did my research) and so there was no haggling! The moment I walked into the dealership I could tell it was different. The people were friendly, greeted me and asked if I wanted a water. There was no pressure. It said, "have a blessed day" at the entrance. Corrie introduced me to the service manager, and she told me to make my first appointment on a Friday when they have a free barbecue. She spent time getting to know us and explaining the features of the new Miata (which was very different from our old 1999 Miata!) She took my wife through the steps of pairing the car with her cell phone, so she could make a call with the touch of a button on the steering wheel. We had trouble setting the clock, and a friendly service worker came over and showed us how. I was so impressed when she said, "My job begins when the car is sold." What an awesome attitude. We drove 122 miles from our home to get to the dealership (and to avoid the predatory dealer in Tucson). I'm so glad we did. I told all my friends about it. I'll buy my next car from Cardinale Way. More

I had the pleasure of meeting with Corrie and she was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and he let us think about it without pressure. He replied to text messages from later in the evening to before his shift even started in the morning. After purchasing my car, we had some issues. Mostly to do with the financing part. We were very delighted by the way they handled the issues. They stood behind their employees and at the same time understood our concerns. We went in a bit upset and came out very happy. It is when you don't have a perfect transaction, that you can really know if they are going to honor, stand by or take care of their customer. You can put that the customer truly matters on your window, but it is standing behind it that matters. And Cardinale Way Truly does do that!! I have brought my car in three times for minor issues and every time I have been there, they have treated me terrific! When Gary, the serviceman for my car, found out how much I loved red cars (and mine is grey) he has made a point of making sure my loaner would be a fun red car!! They have treated each issue with respect and not made me feel petty for being concerned or wanting them looked at. Not only would I recommend them 100%, but I am devoted to them and plan if I need another vehicle in the future, that is where I am going!! More
Putting customers first While having one of our mazda's serviced, I asked the parts desk about obtaining a new fob for our other mazda. My fob was 10 years old and when I took it apart to replace the battery, I discovered the interior plastic parts were broken which made it impossible to rebuild. Steve, in the service dept., overheard and came over to me. He keeps spare fob parts at his desk and was able to "frankenstein" my fob, saving me hundreds of dollars in replacement/programming costs. In customer service myself, I can only say that I was greatly impressed by Steve's initiative (and by a company's encouragement of said employees). We have purchased 2 vehicles from Cardinale Way, our experiences with both sales and service have been pleasant and professional. More
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! This dealership had a Mazda I really needed. I contacted the Used Car Manager and he agreed to sell it to me. We agreed on a price so I made airline This dealership had a Mazda I really needed. I contacted the Used Car Manager and he agreed to sell it to me. We agreed on a price so I made airline reservations. 3 days later they decided they didn't want to sell the car to me for that price. They were very rude and didn't care so I came to the dealership anyway....I agreed to pay their advertised price ($1300$ more). They told me NO unless I also gave them $599 in BS prep fees, a 299 doc fee and Sales Tax! I am from out of state. Total BS. This dealership has ZERO integrity and they are GREEDY. On another note: I felt very bad for the salesperson who did an excellent job. It's too bad he has to work at such a place. More
