Eric Little greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and show us the vehicles we were interested in. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever just excellent, low key customer service. Both my wife and I left feeling very informed without the high pressure tactics. After spending a weekend comparing the 2017 CX-5 to other brands, we decided to buy the CX-5 even though we have been loyal Toyota owners over the years. This was based on quality of the vehicle, the safety features and the price. We felt we got a very honest deal that was right at what we wanted to pay for a new vehicle with the features that we wanted.
