Awesome Experience I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 CX5 Touring, because they made me an offer too good to turn down. The service has always been excellent first with Steve Ross and now with Jesus, Darlene Ledbetter was a non-pressure knowledgeable salesperson, and Joean "Mama" Senatore was the best financial person to deal with. I felt they were respectful of my needs and fair and honest in their dealings with me. As a single woman you always worry about being taken advantage of, but not at this dealership. I feel God led me to this dealership in December 2013 and will continue to recommend them and have my vehicle serviced there even though it is 185 miles one way from my home. They treat me like family! More

I always enjoy coming in to see my service adv I am writing this review to say thank you to the folks at Cardinale Way Mazda service in Mesa, Arizona. I always enjoy coming in to see my service advisor Jesus, and the technician, Clint. Nick is always great too. I took my car in on 8/1/18 with a check engine light problem. They were so helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. They provided me a loaner car at no charge and also determined the mass air flow sensor had an issue. Instead of recommending an expensive repair, they decided to clean the mass air flow sensor, saving me money and trouble. I got my car back on 8/2/18 and so far the car is running much better. I really appreciated the great service. I could go to another Mazda dealer which is much closer to my home, but I know it is worth the extra drive and effort to see the people at Cardinale Way Mazda for all my servicing needs. I will always come back. Thank you again Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa!! More

Best Mazda Service I was passing through Mesa, AZ and was time for routine service. The windshield washer had also been down for three months due to rodent damage. I stopped at CardinaleWay Mazda due to their high rating to see what could be done. Nick Santarsiero, Assistant Service Manager, welcomed me like a dear old friend. My service tech, Brandon, serviced the car in short order, repaired the windshield washer hoses and wiring and applied rodent repelling tape I had bought. I whole heartedly recommend Nick, Brandon and the entire CardinaleWay team for great Mazda service and a very pleasant experience. More

Nick and the Mazda service team are simply great!! Time and time again!! Ignore the warnings given by the car???? I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a won I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a wonderful service advisor, but they were unable to solve my issues involving braking malfunctions. They actually told me to ignore my car's warnings when it tells me I'm about to have a collision when it was being triggered sporadically with nothing in the path of the car. I reached out to Mazda corporate regarding the lack of resolution from the dealer and during a conference call between me, Mazda corporate, and the dealer service manager, Jerry, things got a little heated although no vulgarity or name calling was used in any way. This resulted from Jerry refusing to answer basic questions. Jerry disconnected from the call and now refuses to service the car because he's apparently "too uncomfortable" to work with me, even though I've been polite and courteous on all my visits. In my opinion, Jerry is acting inappropriately. I don't think they want to deal with the problem because they'd rather pass the buck. And I certainly don't want to waste my time on a dealership that isn't willing to fix a practically brand new vehicle. Even Mazda corporate expressed disappointment in their supposed "discomfort" in working with me again. Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I know I will be. More
