Took my GMC Sierra to Carl Black for recall, they repaired the recall and wrecked my truck. The service writer promised to order the parts and call me when they arrived, but he never called. I call repaired the recall and wrecked my truck. The service writer promised to order the parts and call me when they arrived, but he never called. I called the dealership and the service (Tom Jones) said he would let me know When a rental car was available. They finally scheduled time to repair my truck, kept the vehicle 2.5 weeks, gave my truck back and it’s not repaired. Called the service manager, but he will not return my call. I would not recommend Carl Black, for service, they are not reliable. More
