Terry the manager & Joshua Estrella Ripped me off and scammed me out of my hard earned money. Worst experience I have ever had with taking a car to get fixed and it wasn’t fixed and ended up in way worse scammed me out of my hard earned money. If u can’t fix it just say so instead of saying u can and it was fixed and it was not resolved, He had my car in the shop over a week and charged me over $1600 to fix my car for an ac coolant leak and he returned my car back to me stated it was fix as in not leaking coolant , he stated safe to drive and was engine was not smoking . In turn we drove the car 2 min to get gas , car was smoking from under the engine hood , totally out of engine coolant and is in now worse condition then we gave it them originally. Dealer said they test drove it .no issues I want a full refund on this asap Ya that didn’t Happen ! Total rip off I don’t trust this dealer ship to do anything to my cars again . More
We have used this dealer in the past and did not have a good experience at all. We decided to give them another chance and that was a big mistake. Although they did handle the issue in the end, the whole good experience at all. We decided to give them another chance and that was a big mistake. Although they did handle the issue in the end, the whole experience was full of empty promises and lies. The technician diagnosed the problem to be a faulty torque converter caused by failed engine mounts. (I approved both repairs to be completed) After replacing the torque converter, the transmission had the same issue with hard shifting and shift flares. Come to find out the transmission fluid was full of metal debris from a failed transmission. (I then approved for the transmission to be replaced) This would have been found if the technician had actually checked the transmission fluid during diagnosing the concern. Not feeling very confident, I had asked the advisor to make sure that he saves the old engine mounts for me. He walked back to the shop and let the technician know that I wanted the old mounts. The advisor told me that he has the old mounts and he would put them in the bed of the truck for me. I had to go to the dealership and retrieve some items from the truck since it was going to be a few days for the transmission to arrive. Upon arriving, I noticed that the old engine mounts were not in the bed of the truck. I called the advisor and let him know the old mounts were not in the bed, he said that he and the tech put them in there. After opening the hood I noticed that the engine mounts ($1,400 parts and labor) in fact WERE NOT replaced. I was now very frustrated knowing that I put my trust in a dealership only for them to try and rip me off. Not only did the technician mis diagnose the transmission, they LIED and said that work was performed when it was not. After 4 weeks of the dealer having my truck, I got a call from the advisor that the truck was ready to be picked up. When I asked for the invoice I was told that they could not invoice it because parts were on the ticket and they could not be removed right now. Then they said we will just run your credit card for the amount of $4,652 and they can email me the copy. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I was lied to multiple times and they expect me to trust them to just "run my card" without an invoice on what I am actually paying for? The next day the invoice was generated and was paid in full AS PROMISED by me. And just one more thing, the day after picking up the truck I had another shop check the engine mounts. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED!! LIED TO AGAIN BY THE EMPLOYEES AT CARL BLACK!! More

Upon arrival, I was unsure whether I was going to buy or lease and I had a ton of questions regarding the different configurations and trim levels of the trucks I was interested in. He was very thorough in answering my questions and was very patient with me. There was not a single question that he didn't know the answer to. After finally deciding which truck I wanted, he went over a multitude of financing options with me until we found the right fit. Once we agreed to all of the terms he introduced me to Shami, who finalized the paperwork and was also very friendly and efficient. Overall, this is my favorite dealership as everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I will definitely be back for future vehicles. More
Joshua Estrella service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the warranty repairs, I recently had my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel 6.6 in for transmission repair that a lot of Cevy keeping me informed of the warranty repairs, I recently had my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel 6.6 in for transmission repair that a lot of Cevy customers had the same problem. We had it towed to Carl Black. From start to finish Josh kept me informed by text on the progress of the repair. It took 8 days because diagnostics, parts and completion of the repair. Previously I went to other Chevy dealers in the area for warranty work. Carl Black is the best. The truck only has 28,000 miles. Anyway if you want an Excellent Diesel mechanic to work on your truck take it to Carl Black and if you want a good service advisor, ask for Joshua Estrella at Carl Black on East Colonial Drice. You will be very happy when you get your vehicle back. Joshua told me to turn the rental car claim into GM for reimbursement. Ken More
