I had an awesome experience at this Dealsrship. Victor, my sales person is the main reason that I purchased my vehicle there. I happened to stop by actually on my way to another dealership to look Victor, my sales person is the main reason that I purchased my vehicle there. I happened to stop by actually on my way to another dealership to look at a brand new car, but my husband and I began talking to Victor and decided to see what would be offered. He showed us the crossover and invited us to test drive it. We came back the next day with a made up mind to test drive and purchase the car. Victor along with the Finance Guy and the whole crew was very kind, helpful and professional. I will and have already referred friends and relatives to go and ask for Victor at Carl Black in Hiram! Carl Black & Taylor were beyond amazing! I was in a wreck a few weeks prior to coming in (no fault to me) & my car was totaled & I was in need of another vehicle to safely fit my family of 6 I was in a wreck a few weeks prior to coming in (no fault to me) & my car was totaled & I was in need of another vehicle to safely fit my family of 6 without putting a ton of money down. Taylor showed us some options, all of which were nice. We decided on a Jeep Cherokee. Taylor showed us all the details on the vehicle. They quickly got us approved for what we wanted to spend down. The process was quick & efficient. Taylor was extremely personable & knowledgeable. We plan to use him & Carl Black again in the future. The vehicle has been amazing! Highly recommend! More
