Carlos was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that he speaks both English and Spanish, which helped my parents feel comfortable and included throughout the process. I can't register the vehicle in AZ. The vehicle is a 2010 challenger that I took posession on June 10th. I had paid for the car about a week earlier. That was not a problem at all. The AZ DMV looked at my purchase paperwork and then told me I couldn't register the car w/o the CA title. Jesse Garcia has been very kind and helpful. He said it will take awhile longer. But he is not the one to take care of that duty. I don't understand why with a CA DMV employee working at the dealership, this wasn't taken care of prior to delivery of the vehicle or at least shortly afterward. Please send me the title!
