I had a great experience working with Carlos! I first came in about 4 months ago, but at that time things didn’t work out for me because of my credit situation. When I was ready to try again and I first came in about 4 months ago, but at that time things didn’t work out for me because of my credit situation. When I was ready to try again and reached back out with a co-signer, Carlos was extremely helpful and made the process smooth from beginning to end. Carlos was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that he speaks both English and Spanish, which helped my parents feel comfortable and included throughout the process. He has a lot of enthusiasm, is very charismatic, and truly makes you feel welcomed. Thanks to Carlos, I was able to get into my new Jeep, and I’m very grateful for all of his help. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a positive and comfortable car-buying experience! More
