New truck purchase Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insi Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insisted I needed to produce a copy of my DD214 in order to get the Military Discount; this is after I informed them this document (and copies) had been lost in my garage fire. I carry my retired Military ID card but was told it had to be the dd214 (there are other documents that work as well), or I couldn't get the discount of $500. His attitude, and manner caused me to lose my temper and was ready to walk out. I was so angry that when my wife started telling me to calm down, I lost it and told her to shut-up (SOMETHING I'VE NEVER DONE).I find it difficult to believe he is employed for the dealership. In 1995 I purchased a 2500 Ram (Cumins) from there (still drive it) and will not return for another vehicle if Gary T. is still employed (I don't need the stress. If you shop there, I hope Gary is not involved in your negotiations. More

I did most of my paperwork online which Made the process much faster. When we arrived at the dealership we were welcome By Carlos. He had the car ready for us. Carlos was very friendly, and enthusiastic about the car and you could tell he loves the product he is selling and made us more sure that we are making the right choice . He knew the in and out of the car. The finance guy Sonny was amazing. Very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us , took his time did not try to pressure us and try to work with our budget. excellent experience ! Ram purchase The sales team was very good however the finance guy was misleading (reason for 4 stars) especially when dealing with the extended warranty. I repeate The sales team was very good however the finance guy was misleading (reason for 4 stars) especially when dealing with the extended warranty. I repeatedly told him I did not want it but was persuaded into purchasing it once he lowered the price. After looking more closely at the sevice plan the next day, I noticed there was a $200 deductible if the vehicle was taken to another dealer for repairs. The finance guy intentionally did not tell me this because he knew I lived 6 hours away and I would not be bringing the vehicle to the purchasing dealer for service. Within 12 hours, I tried to cancel the extended warranty which included gps tracking, windshield repair and paint warranty but he told me I could not cancel it. He was very pushy and intentionally confusing and he left me regretting the purchase. More
