Exceptional Customer Service I called Carlton Motorcars after having a not so nice experience at another dealership. Ben worked with me on several cars and my wish list until we f I called Carlton Motorcars after having a not so nice experience at another dealership. Ben worked with me on several cars and my wish list until we found the right one. The car was delayed getting here, so Ben drove up a loaner for me. A couple of days later my car did get in, but because of my schedule was not able to pick it up. Ben delivered my car and we did all the paperwork here at my house.
