Unprofessional MB dealership We had to contact dealership multiple times to get them to pay us money they owed us on a trade "we owe". They did not pay us on time, did not call, We had to contact dealership multiple times to get them to pay us money they owed us on a trade "we owe". They did not pay us on time, did not call, email, etc. Very poor communication from Todd Thayer and Heather Carlton. She is the owner and apparently does not talk to customers about issues. Very poor job and very unprofessional. More
