We were met by a true professional and courteous salesperson (Mr. AJ Lane). I appreciated the fact that AJ did not hit us with high pressure tactics to buy a car that may not fit our needs. He walked us around the lot and the showroom showing us different models of Mercedes. He let us make our own decision of what we wanted and could afford. We were actually going to buy a Lexus, but AJ's knowledge, professionalism and friendless convinced us to buy a Mercedes. On a scale of 1-10 experience of buying a car; with 1 being the worst experience ever and 10 being the greatest experience ever, AJ made our experience an 11! We now consider AJ one of our friends. Rude and incompetent Over the years I have bought cars from GM, Ford, Jeep, BMW, Porsche and Volvo dealers. I have never been as poorly served as I have by the sales and support staff at Carleton.. They are rude, sloppy, careless and in all respects the opposite of good service. The only things they are good at are telling you how good they are to customers and foisting off tired old roses on you. They top that off with insistence that you give them a 10 - no less than ten or they will be punished- on the survey you subsequently receive from M-B. I would have given the the score they earned if my wife was not so concerned that we would suffer worse future treatment if they learned my identity. More

I was a previous Lexus owner and can honestly say that after my experience at Carlton, I'll never recommend another luxury dealership other than them! One may assume that a Mercedes dealership has an air of pretension... Absolutely not the case here! From the minute I walked in I felt welcome and everyone was attentive and helpful.
