Great Experience I was searching for a car for a few weeks due to an accident, and my car was totaled. Carman Ford Lincoln was not the first place I went to. I went to a few other dealerships in the area and shopped around to get a feel for what I wanted. I did find one car I liked, but I wasn't completely crazy about. I did not like the salesman I dealt with. He was your typical car salesman, pushy and invasive. I was so turned off I walked out and was so discouraged. We got in the car and my boyfriend suggested we go to Carman Ford Lincoln, since we knew a guy over there. Well, we went in and met with Austin Zebrook and he was a pleasure to deal with! I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted, but I knew my price range, my style and what features I wanted. Also, Low miles, and something good in the crazy winter weather in Delaware. Once I told him what I liked, he immediately had a few options for me to look at. He was patient, extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy or too aggressive- like my previous experience. After a night of searching almost everything in my price range on the lot, I found a car I loved! I ended up purchasing a 2007 Mazda CX-7 with $55,000 miles on it. The car caught my eye right away and the low mileage was a huuuuuge plus! It is fully loaded and looks practically brand new on the inside and out. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Austin made me feel so much more comfortable with the whole process with his friendly, patient demeanor. The gentleman who detailed my car before he brought it up when I was buying it was so nice and did an awesome job. Like I said, the car looked almost brand new, it was impeccable inside. In the finance department, the man I dealt with was Dan Miller. He was again so nice and patient, explained everything and also sold me the warranty on the car. I also had a pleasant experience with the Service Department. I had to bring the car in the following day to have something looked at. Steve Hudson was at the front desk and he was great. He was so nice and called me promptly when my vehicle was finished, and explained the issue to me. Overall I had a great experience and love the car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! More
