What a great experience! My fiance and I had been to several car dealerships in search of a used Ford Mustang priced within our budget. Other dealerships always showed us cars My fiance and I had been to several car dealerships in search of a used Ford Mustang priced within our budget. Other dealerships always showed us cars just out of our range to try and get us to go higher, but Mike Krul respected our constraints and worked with us to find the perfect Mustang. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They did the little things at the end that are nice touches: running it through the car wash, providing an extra programmed key fob, etc. Mike even noticed our garage door opener in our trade-in after we left and kept it for us to pick up later! Mike showed me an array of cars and explained new features installed on the Ford Focus that were not available on my old model. Three hours later I drove out of Carman Ford in my new Ford Focus with Mike and other Ford personnel cheering me on. What a great experience! A few days later, I stopped by Carman Ford and Mike linked my cell phone to the steering wheel of my car. Mike told me to stop by again if I had questions concerning any of the features installed on my Ford Focus. You don't get any better customer service than this. Used car purchase We are from California and were looking for a nice vehicle for our daughter who attends college here. We heard an add on the radio for used cars in the $5K range went to Carman Ford and were greeted by Charlie Smith. He asked what we were looking for and took us to see 3 vehicles they had in our price range, (we stopped at other dealerships and when I said $5k range they were showing cars in the $7-9K range, what a waste of time) He showed us a nice 2001 Lexus with relatively low mileage at $5995.00. the car was very clean and mechanically sound, he provided AutoCheck report and mentioned it was a trade-in. I made an offer of 5k out the door and then Charlie said let me present the offer to the used car manager. At that point I figured here we go with the back and forth and I would never get it for what I offered. To my surprise we only went back and forth 1 time and I got the car for the 5K OTD offer. Buying a car at a dealership is usually an unpleasant experience, but this was the best experience we have ever had. I was driving off with the car in 3 hrs (this includes the test drives, the time for me to inspect and decide on it and all the paperwork, not bad huh.) The was pretty clean, just a bit dusty but they took the time to detail it for us so when we presented it to our daughter it looked its best. Please note this car was not perfect, (it is a used car with 135K MI.) but it was in very good condition and the interior was perfect. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and our daughter was very happy with it and stated she didn't think she would get anything as nice as this from us. Thank you Carman Ford. More

I was met by Mr. Mike Krul who began to discuss different packages, options and features and how wonderful the Fusions are. Immediately I was sold on the Fusion as I knew this was the car my wife would love. The next step was to develop the "surprise" for my wife and Mike was key to making this happen. After all of the paperwork had been completed and the car was ours, my wife and I visited Carman to "check out" the Fusions and see if this was the car for her. Mike played a long perfectly, showing her the features, options, etc. until I told her to grab her purse so that she could drive it home. Stunned and shaking, the surprise was complete. POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON 10/17/14 FOR MY 2013 FIESTA,BECAUSE ,IT WAS EXCESSIVE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH SHUDDER DURING LIGHT ACCELERATION.AFTER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON 10/17/14 FOR MY 2013 FIESTA,BECAUSE ,IT WAS EXCESSIVE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH SHUDDER DURING LIGHT ACCELERATION.AFTER SITTING ABOUT ONE HOUR IN THE WAITING ROOM JEFF DOWNING SAID TO ME THAT MY TRANSMISSION WAS LEAKING FLUID, SO THEY WOULD KEEP MY CAR FOR ABOUT FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS.KEEP IN MIND THIS PROBLEM IS UNDER WARRANTY, 14M01. SO I ASKED IF THEY HAD A LOANER CAR UNTIL MY CAR WAS REPAIRED HE SAID NO AND MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER IT.WHICH IS A LIE YOUR DEALER SHIP DO HAVE LOANER CARS. SO I WAS FORCED TO DRIVE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE FORTY MILES TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE,YOU WILL HERE FROM ME SOON AND OTHERS IN REGARD TO WHAT YOU DID.SHAMEFUL!!! More
