Traverse had just arrived during severe weather, wasn't checked in by Carter, but I emailed and got 2 instant replies. Kevin DeLuna texted with me and sent a few pics via text and email next morning, since we saw a pic of 2 associates getting a pedicure. No pressure, no hype, had the vehicle ready for a drive less than 48 hrs. later. We drove it home after trading our vehicle in, Very happy with Traverse and experience at Carter! More

The car was every bit as beautiful as described and then some. I drove it back to N.C. to get a little more acquainted with the vehicle.
