Walking in we felt like we were just talking to a friend and looking for exactly what we wanted but no pushing or gimmicks. Just honestly and help! We came to look at a car that had been sold a few minutes before we arrived and Andy showed us the next car similar to it and we feel in love. He worked to make it in our budget and gave us the best deal and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what we were getting and they were getting out of the deal! I would 10/10 recommend Carters and Andy because you don’t have to be scared of being hustled or lied to but helped in a already stressful situation. Why not take some of the stress from car buying and make a friend out of the deal? More

FYI I drove over 5 hours one way to drive I would like to give the team at Carter Chevrolet more than 5 starts, they are truly changing the game as far as car buying is concerned. I was very impressed from the beginning, when I sent an email to the sales team and Jesse Love responded to answer all of my questions. He gave me his cell phone number and we talked about different options and never did I feel any pressure to do anything. A few months passed by and I reached out to Jesse again as I felt ready to purchase a new vehicle, and the positive experience continued. Same thing, we talked about different truck options, and about trading in my current vehicle. I explained to Jesse my past woes regarding car buying and dealing with the sales teams at other dealerships that brag about being hones, when they are really not. He reassured me that they do business the right way, they stick to their word, and people are very happy with their service. I confirmed as much after reading the reviews and gained the confidence to make a day trip to see the vehicles and try to strike a deal. About a week later I drove up to their dealership (about a 5.5 hour drive) and was treated like I was an old friend by Jesse and the entire staff!! I thought that was awesome, and was definitely surprised by it. True to their word, the sales and finance team did not jack up the price once you get there by telling you that you do not qualify for x or y incentive, and in my case, after assessing my trade in they were able to give me a little more. Not even an hour after I made it to the dealership, I was the proud owner of a brand new Chevy truck!!! I am more than pleased with the service of these guys, and they have made a customer for life. The next truck I buy will certainly be from them, and next time I'll just have it delivered to my driveway! More

I spent three hours with them, most of it was taking golf with a few of the salesmen. The culture and atmosphere was exactly as I expected; relaxed but professional. My experience with Carter is the best I’ve had with any dealership. We will be revisiting them in the next few months to replace another vehicle of ours. More
