I drove from Edmond thinking it was a 50/50 shot on whether we could complete the deal we discussed on the phone, boy was I wrong! My salesman Kevin delivered the exact deal that we discussed on the phone, not a penny difference. The deal went so smooth that I was caught off guard when he told me the paperwork was ready for me to sign. and Cody in the finance department was extremely low key and professional. Absolutely no "high pressure" to buy add ons or additional warranties. He did a great job of explaining what was available and the price and then totally left it up to me. Awesome Experience! I was in the market, but wasn’t planning on purchasing that day. I had seen some deals on Facebook and then went to Carter’s website. I also compared similar trucks at other dealer websites. I had talked with Kurt before I showed up at the dealership about what I was looking for in a truck. After I got there, Kurt had the truck I wanted at a price no one could have said no too. There were no high pressure tactics, no bringing in a closer, type stuff. It was quite enjoyable, actually. I believe I got the best price, to date, in the state of Oklahoma on a Z71 Silverado. This place is worth the drive. It was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!!! More
