Back in 1973 a guy named Jimmy Carter started a Chevy Dealership in Okarche, Oklahoma. No, not that Jimmy Carter. This Jimmy never ran for President or farmed any peanuts. Everyone just called him Carter and he found his mission in life - Making Friends, Selling Cars, In That Order. Well since then we've continued to carry on his mission to help friends like you. I wrote good review earlier, before problems started. I bought a used car 2108, Ford, still under warranty. The day after I bought it the rear end started making noise, I went back and they said they would bought a used car 2108, Ford, still under warranty. The day after I bought it the rear end started making noise, I went back and they said they would take care of it, gave me a loner, a week went by and they said they took it to Ford, another week and I called for status. I was told it was finished and ready, went to get the car, outside was filthy, skid plate in the back seat not under the car, two bottles of oil in the back compartment, they put the plate back on while I waited, the gas tank was on E as in empty, when I bought back the loner at least I took it through a car wash and put gas in it. I filled my car before I took it in two weeks prior also and it was not dirty. Drove it home noise was worse. Called Vance country Ford on Friday, took it in on Monday, they diagnosed the problem, just as I figured it was, and ordered a complete rear axle from Memphis, I had the car back on Thursday, no charge, no noise. I was also told they would order a replacement jack for the one missing, gong on four weeks, nothing, I bought one already so at this point it is not even an issue More

This was the first time I have purchased a car from Carter’s. It was the easiest process by far. Never felt pressured. I drove the car on a Saturday, made decision following Monday but did not pick Carter’s. It was the easiest process by far. Never felt pressured. I drove the car on a Saturday, made decision following Monday but did not pick up until following Thursday. The whole process was way too easy. Everyone that helped was amazing.
