The ordering process and time for the vehicle to arrive was easy and fast ! Very pleased to be working with him. I did work with 2-3 others prior to him that didn't have his vast knowledge. He is the reason I went with the BMW M850i and I am very grateful for it ! Thank you Matt for all you've done during and after! I did have an issue with the PDI team as they drove my new vehicle up on the curb a little and Matt took it and cleaned up the front lip personally. More
