Will never go back here again I had warranty on my car they didn’t fully charge my warranty and expected me to pay the difference for “extra labor fees” when I called my warranty company they said they c they didn’t fully charge my warranty and expected me to pay the difference for “extra labor fees” when I called my warranty company they said they covered parts and labor. Casey BMW made me pay an additional 1000$ in extra fees that they couldn’t explain to me what they were for. More

I am a first time car buyer and my experience was absolutely horrible at this dealership. Found a car I wanted to see but it was loaned out until over the weekend. I scheduled an appointment with D absolutely horrible at this dealership. Found a car I wanted to see but it was loaned out until over the weekend. I scheduled an appointment with Dennis to see the car Monday @5pm. I left work early and when I arrived the manager came out to greet me only to tell me the car was off the lot again and would not be back until Tuesday if not later. Who does this?!!! I will never go back nor will I recommend this dealership. More
