Cliff was very professional. He didn’t play games back and forth about pricing. He gave us a piece of paper and said this is what we can do. It was very fair and I was happy with the trade in of my old Je and forth about pricing. He gave us a piece of paper and said this is what we can do. We drove from Kansas City to buy a Ram 2500. It was a seamless and smooth encounter. Loved doing business with these folks. From test drive, to taking our truck home was an hour and a half! Cliff is the to go guy in the auto sales industry. He worked a 3 way dealer trade to get us the exact Wrangler we wanted. Definitely wasn't easy for him with me being a pain in the rear. Mike Heermann (sales) was outstanding!! The only reason I did not rate this as a five star experience was the reception when we (wife, daughter and myself) arrived. After finding a vehicle The only reason I did not rate this as a five star experience was the reception when we (wife, daughter and myself) arrived. After finding a vehicle we were interested in on-line, we called with some questions. Mike Heermann took our call and was very helpful so we decided to drive over from St Louis to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership we stood watching and listening (for several minutes) to someone on a personal phone call. We walked back outside and inside again.....she was still on the call. We discussed leaving as this was not a good first impression. Obviously we just wanted some one to ask if we needed help. We were about to leave when she ended the phone call and asked if we needed help. Fortunately, our experience improved drastically when we began dealing with Mike. Mike answered all of our questions and was very professional and cordial, while also being very friendly and personable. Our experience with Jack Gai, while brief, was also good. I would not hesitate to refer someone to Mike and Cassens. More
