2020 Jeep JTR towed to the service department for the 2nd time in a week. Likely another misdiagnosis, complete with another no warranty charge, on $70k vehicle less than a year old backed by a $4k comprehen time in a week. Even the Jeep cares case manager says they never should have charged me and submitted it to them under the jeep good will program. Front of the house has been decent in the past when I purchased 2 previous new vehicles from them but the horrible service experience will surely keep me from ever going back or recommending them to anyone.
