I kind of felt like a new employee on the first day of a new job. There was so much to take in, but Terry explained everything and went through it all. He even explained how the new dealership is laid out and where to go for my future service work. Can't thank him enough for his kindness. More

Told me I needed a new CV Boot they already replaced The CVS boot on our Highlander was replaced on one side in the last six months. Told me I needed to replace one without checking our history. Greg did apologize profusely and assured me the expense of replacing it again would be fully covered by them.That was over a $500 repair. It pays to ask questions. More
