10,000 Mile Service Hi. Spent 75 minutes in the shuttle for a 4pm pick-up back to the dealership. Need 2 drivers that time of day please. Then, at 5:20pm my car was not Hi. Routine Lube, Oil, Filter Change and Tire Rotation I was pleased with the overall service appointment. I was a little surprised that after the last few visits and noticing that some of the lug nut cap I was pleased with the overall service appointment. I was a little surprised that after the last few visits and noticing that some of the lug nut caps had fallen off that this time I was approached about it and charged $7.00 ea for new lug nuts. It's a minor expense/detail but just a little surprised. I'll definitely return for service in the future. More

I never felt pressured, and felt that Spencer was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect car. He was knowledgeable and really took the time explaining the features and positives for the cars I was looking at. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Wendy was so fun and easy to work with. Excellent Service! I had called CR Toyota hoping that they would be able to meet my financial needs of getting the best possible minivan that could fit in my budget. Nev I had called CR Toyota hoping that they would be able to meet my financial needs of getting the best possible minivan that could fit in my budget. Never in my wildest dreams did I consider a brand new van as an option, but within an hour, Alan Makabi had called me back and gave me the news that I could get a new minivan for $100 less than my maximum budget would allow! Since I do not live in CR, all of the conversations took place over the phone, and Alan was very willing to answer the multiple questions I had. He was always positive and helpful, even when I kept changing my mind in regards to a trade-in vehicle, color of the new car and anything else I needed my hand held through! When I went to pick up the vehicle, Alan slowly walked me through all the bells and whistles on the car, while Curt W. eased me through signing all the financial paperwork! More
