Alan advised me even though my vehicle will be hard to find as it is rare, he will not stop until I get it. I believe Alan loves what he does, he was almost as excited as me. Alan went above and beyond to get the exact truck I wanted. He left no stone un-turned. Once receiving my vehicle he made the process quick and easy. This is the first time the process did not take all day long. Alan is the type of car dealer that will have a loyal following. I am a bit of a Toyota faithful and guarantee the next time I purchase a vehicle whether new or used this will be my first contact. Alan at CR Toyota was very helpful -- knowledgeable, conscientious, patient, thorough. He found the exact car we wanted in the exact color at another Toyota dealership and arranged a trade with them. He had the car delivered to CR for us, in perfect condition. When we picked up the car, he showed us how everything worked and spent time arranging the bluetooth and other settings in the vehicle so they would work just right for us (despite the fact that we were clearly his last customers for the day and he could leave as soon as we were finished!). Really appreciate his time and attention and the way we were treated by him and by the finance manager, Curt, too. More
