They could care less Where do I start??? Tried to buy 2 cars there but they were higher priced than anyone around. Bought them in Cedar Falls for thousands less. Took car Where do I start??? Also, scheduled an oil change. When it came time to pay they had not done the oil change so I had to wait again. One of 3 employees smell like booze too. Went to my car to leave and saw that they didn't even do a courtesy wash. I emailed them twice to give them a heads up to maybe save them some future business. They did not feel that my concerns were valid by the lack of any sort of response. These actions alone will ensure that I send everyone I know to Deery to get their Toyotas worked on or purchased. It is a shame. I prefer to shop local but CR Toyota does not seem to care. More
Experience When you walk in the repair area, there are 4 desks with men behind them. When you go in, no one greeds you or even acts like they know you are there. When they do acknowledge you, they treat women like they don't know anything. They are rude. There was not any coolant in my radiator. They fixed the leak and put fluid in. A month later, the coolant was gone again. They said that happens sometime because air gets into it. Why didn't they tell me to check it a couple of days later to see if it had gotten filled???? When the vehicle is done, they tell you the car is out in the lot somewhere. After walking around for 10 minutes and not being able to find my car, I had to ask them where they parked it. They told me to use my key fob to locate it. More

We talked to the service manager and the employee got sent home for discriminating. I will never ever go back to CR Toyota after today. I will pay more money to get my vehicle serviced but not CR Toyota. My fiance was discriminated in front of everyone. More

I had a problem with my Camry that he went totally out of his way to help in the si I wanted to write this review and commend Stefan the "Toyota Guy"! I had a problem with my Camry that he went totally out of his way to help in the situation and he didn't even sell me my Camry! So to go above and beyond and help me was truly so great of him. This guy is super knowledgable and obviously willing to help just cause he's a good guy! If I'm in Grand Rapids and looking to buy another Toyota, Stefan is going to be my guy! More

My Rav 4 just died on me as I was driving. Once I got my Vehicle off the road and out of the way. I called Toyota of Cedar Rapids. Everyone that I spoke with was Kind and Compassionate as I was crying and trying to find ways to get my Rav towed to Toyota, my three kids picked up from school and everything else that I needed to take care of. As I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes on a cold and snowy day, Alan took the time to call me and try to help me over the phone get my Rav 4 running again and getting information to help the Service Department fix my Rav once it was towed in to Toyota. Throught out the time I was waiting on the tow truck Alan also sent me text massages checking on me and how I was doing. Once the tow truck came and my Rav was at Toyota Alan still took the time to follow up with me and the status of my Rav 4 into the next day. I have leased a total of 4 vehicles from Toyota and have always had wonderful experiences. This is the first time I have ever had a major issues with my vehicle and the Customer Service, Kindness, Compassion and Friendlyness I experienced was absolutely Wonderful and it was completely Above and Beyond! The Service Department got me in a rental vehicle the very next morning and is working to get my vehicle fixed and although I am just over my miles for the warranty, they are working on getting the parts that need to be replaced covered by the warranty. This was not something I had expected to hear, but was so happy to hear them say. Friday night I was told I won't know anything until Monday. Saturday morning I had already gotten a phone call with information as to what what wrong with my Rav 4 and told that I should have my vehicle back by the middle of the week and that they would keep in touch with me on the status of the repairs. You can not beat the kind of Customer Service at Toyota of Cedar Rapids! I will forever be a Toyota of Cedar Rapids Customer! More
