Had to have my car towed to the dealership due to some rough engine sounds and the service department was very quick to give us a diagnostic and we quickly decided it would not be worth the money to fix s rough engine sounds and the service department was very quick to give us a diagnostic and we quickly decided it would not be worth the money to fix so we came back the next day to trade it in. Our sales person, Hayden, was clearly inexperienced as he could not answer several of our question and made multiple errors while filling out our paperwork. My father asked twice for a manager to be brought over to elaborate on the buyer beware form and the as is no warranty form which he could not elaborate for us and he never had anyone come to assist us. No one ever came to answer those questions and my father refused to sign both forms. Afterwards our finance manager, Danny, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and got us through our financing quickly. Drove the new car home with no issues but the next morning when I dove it three different service required notifications show up almost instantly. I took it back to the dealership to have the service department check it out for me and the first employee I was sent to also seemed very inexperienced and did not demonstrate great customer service as I was left for over an hour with no explanation or estimated wait time. When I went back over to the service department to try and get some answers Greg found me and immediately took over the situation. He was very helpful and walked me through everything that was going on and repeatedly reassured me that they were actively resolving the issue. Within two hours of receiving Greg's assistance they identified the issue, replaced the part, and got be back in my vehicle. More

They stained my white mat wrap and they don’t know nothing about trx’s my driveshaft is having issues and they checked my brakes for grinding noise and drove my truck to lunch never going back. First spoke with Chris about a recall. He said they had the parts needed to fix the vehicle. Once I got there he wasn’t there and the person that helped me said that they in fact did not h He said they had the parts needed to fix the vehicle. Once I got there he wasn’t there and the person that helped me said that they in fact did not have the parts. Wasted my time. He said they would simply “take the parts off of another car”. While waiting Mike (a sales guy) was very pushy about selling me a new vehicle. I told him I was simply waiting on maintenance. He assured me that the car that I had in the shop was discontinued and dangerous to drive. He conned me into buying something else. After the fact I found out he lied about the bank due date, the price of the car and even the MPG. This is all after he assured me that these things were up to par. Seems like dodge dealers/jeep dealers are con/scammers. They only want a sale. I don’t even think the workers trust each other. I was at the dealer for about 8 hours. At that point I was tired and just simply wanted to leave. After being sold the vehicle he wouldn’t answer simple questions like where I find bank info. He simply referred me to someone else. He literally lied through the entire transaction. I won’t be back. More
