Very poor experience trying to buy a used vehicle on Memorial Day. They are not true to their word! They will scam you. They try to play you for a fool and wasted my time. I was dealing with Internet sales team trying to work the out the door price, which I mentioned several times as well in emails. I even stated several times in emails "am I wasting your time?" Trying to get to my price point. I was reassured that I was not. By the way I dealt with 7 different people under the same email address - very frustrating and having to repeat myself. We were very close to my target out the door price...I was asked to come into the dealership to seal the deal. I reluctantly went in but figured we were close. When we sat to confirm figures, they really tried to play the " I don't know what out the door means" terminology. WHAT!!??!! They tried ever game in the book, with countless managers trying to get me to forget their mistakes, pointing fingers, stating "oh, we thought you were talking about another car" trying to get me to buy another car. countless managers admitting they agreed to that price in emails and they could not sell me the car for that price. They let me leave without the car, basically putting their mistakes as my fault and I should just buy it at the higher price. I will buy from someone else that has integrity. I will not even take my wife's Dodge for service there. More
