I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, I pointed out a flaw in the vehicle and was promised it would be fixed and we would receive a call 2 days after purchasing. I have called multiple times with m out a flaw in the vehicle and was promised it would be fixed and we would receive a call 2 days after purchasing. I have called multiple times with multiple "we will give you a call back" answers and still have yet to receive one. I am highly disappointed with the way they are handling the situation. Another thing that I found cringey is that when they found out I was a veteran they pandered towards that by inviting, what I assume is the one and only, veteran they have hired to introduce himself and tell us about his service.
