I never agreed to adding an additional $3,000 to the final price of the vehicle I was buying with the Advantage Plan. There was no etching on the glass windows, no RainX product on the windshield and I final price of the vehicle I was buying with the Advantage Plan. There was no etching on the glass windows, no RainX product on the windshield and I don't need car washes or nitrogen on the tires. The dealership has failed to deliver such things that I was charged for. Two weeks after the sale I went back and addressed my complaint with sales manager Don. He seemed that my concern was not so important and only offered to take the vehicle back and they would address the issues. I have always done businesses the treat me as a valid customer. I feel that I have been taken advantage of me. More
