The finance managers use high pressure tactics and are extremely dishonest about the cost of services. Mine tried to take me on $4k for gap insurance alone. It’s been a week and they haven’t sent the payoff for my trade in so my warranty on my old vehicle is continually losing value. I wish I would have never walked in and I really wish I would have never traded my vehicles in: overall they are shady and dishonest. The only decent individual there or who I felt was in the least bit honest was my sales rep. The finance manager is an overpaid piece of xxxx. More
