You know Marcous my advisor was great. But the Tech is a liar. And DID NOT rotate my tires or change my oil !!! And I caught it. They changed the oil and rotated the tires after I caught them. Made the comment the Tech better be addressed about this. And I thought in the circumstances I would receive a phone call from the service manager guess what nothing !!!!! I work in the same industry and if this would have happened number 1 the service manager would have been all over it and number 2 that Tech. Would not work for us anymore. I am going back because it is my convenient dealer but man that’s a real bad taste in my mouth. More
