I always have a great experience when I come in for service. Marcous Morton Is typically my service rep. Marcous is great but happened to be off, and Chris Caracciolo took care of me. Brand new truck I purchased was filled with dog hair, they told me they added a full tank of gas. Gas was below half. Staff was friendly until they email you saying they will repo your vehicle.
