I went to have my vehicle serviced and did test drive a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and found it very nice. After further review and limited miles we drive it, probably is not a good fit. It did make me look on the internet and the Pinnacle would probably be my choice but not interested at this time. I did not see any at this dealership. I am not a fan of excessive dealer add-in’s. I am new to Florida and did not find this to be a great experience.... The online advertised price was much different when you get to the dealership. A $3,000 value package is added to every used vehicle experience.... The online advertised price was much different when you get to the dealership. A $3,000 value package is added to every used vehicle like it or not.... Haggled through that one ....kind of a surprise to see a $1,000 doc fee and a $900 refurbish fee.... And I was charged an additional $1,000 because I did not have a trade in ....WHAT??? Yep.... I would rather be at the dentist than a car dealership... we settled on a price and I bought the vehicle unknown to me I left with one key and not two.... Thinking no biggie I'll contact them get the second. I was told there was only one key... they would try to contact the prior owner of the vehicle to see if there was a second ..... two weeks go by and I am leaving messages again.... I did get a call back from Malcolm... He is very nice and polite but basically told me I was out of luck I guess somewhere in the fine print on some form there is a disclosure of some sort who knows.... they could have made me happy by providing $100 key and now I'm not the end. More
