Overall a good experience....ordered ina new rim that was damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited ov damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited over an hour and half before they took it back...why have an appointment if they are not honoring them...I finally got them to take it back...about an hour after they took it back....I think they felt bad it took so long because they didn’t charge me for the mounting...:overall a relatively painless experience....just stick to your appointment times More

I had an 11:00 AM appointment for a oil and filter change, the service on my Jeep did not began until 12:22PM. I received my Jeep back at 2:00PM. When I take my other vehicles to Toyota of Orlando for change, the service on my Jeep did not began until 12:22PM. I received my Jeep back at 2:00PM. When I take my other vehicles to Toyota of Orlando for an oil and filter change it does not take this long and they provide you with a complimentary car wash that I absolutely love. Andy Savas was great, he was friendly, kind, courteous and responded promptly when I needed an update on my Jeep. More
