Great work selling the car, sales men went above and beyond prior to finalizing paperwork, horrible customer service once you’ve signed for the car. Bought a brand new vehicle and instantly had to get service and received little to no support. When brought in for maintenance had to request loaner was not offered it, after service was completed sales person followed up and said he would take care of us with a free detail or full tank of gas not prior to. After service was completed had black marks on the inside trim where the work was completed and had to fill up the tank myself and also hand washed the vehicle myself. It appears the intent may be there but in my opinion the sales person should of continued to ensure that our brand new vehicle was correct instead of not assisting when requested. Great price but poor support after. In ten days of owning the vehicle we didn’t have it for 3-4 days due to needing maintenance on a brand new vehicle which was brought to the attention of the sales person almost instantly within an hour of driving it off the lot. While vehicle was in service on day two, customer service sent a text that never came, they also did not receive my text inquiring but no follow up phone call to confirm receipt of the message. Not only that but I was also required to fill up the loaner which after our poor customer service experience I thought could be waived, but was not. The poor experience was stove piped and we were never taken care of in the end. I just bought a brand new vehicle, this is not the type of support I expected from the biggest dealer in central Florida. More

I had an 11:00 AM appointment for a oil and filter change, the service on my Jeep did not began until 12:22PM. I received my Jeep back at 2:00PM. When I take my other vehicles to Toyota of Orlando for change, the service on my Jeep did not began until 12:22PM. I received my Jeep back at 2:00PM. When I take my other vehicles to Toyota of Orlando for an oil and filter change it does not take this long and they provide you with a complimentary car wash that I absolutely love. Employees were not following CDC guidelines and service was not done correctly so had to revisit to correct their work. $3995 was an imposed charge for extras that needed to be added to the price. From anti-theft etching, to wheel locks to cup guards, the sales man stated "All these items are already on the vehicle so this added to the price. First off, that is deceptive advertisement. If $3995 for the 'Family Advantage' plan is obligatory, just add it to the price. Although the sales person did the back and fourth with me and said they would 'help me out' with the $3995 'Family Advantage Plan', when I got the car, nothing was on it from the plan. No etching, no wheel locks, no cup guard, nada...zilch. After reviewing all the paperwork from a dry and unfriendly finance person, I ended up paying $1500 (The reduced fee of 'Family Advantage Plan) for 2 free oil changes. To anyone who is reading this, DO NOT let yourself be muscled in to the "Family Advantage Plan". If they say they will 'help you out', DO NOT allow the finance person at the end zoom by the fact that the 'Family Advantage Plan" items are indeed NOT already installed on the vehicle. Make them explain what you are getting for the reduced fee. Also, they gave me the car with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. First time in my history of buying cars that has ever happened. Buyer Beware.
