Very shady dealer, stay far away. Advertised a price on the Internet for a Jeep Wrangler, their "best sale price". I know this was the car I wanted to buy, and their internet price was a fair one. I texte the Internet for a Jeep Wrangler, their "best sale price". I know this was the car I wanted to buy, and their internet price was a fair one. I texted the salesperson in advance to confirm the price before I drove all they way there, he assured me that was the bottom line price. Once I arrived, I test drove the car and we got down to business, the price went from $54,240 on the Internet, to over $60,000. What, how can that be you ask? The sticker on the car was $59,730, then they added $2,500 dealer mark up because it's a hot model (Wrangler High Altitude Diesel) and $699 for nitrogen in the tires and life time oil changes. The salesman, Arturo's explanation was that the internet price never includes the dealer add ons, and also includes all the discounts that you may or may not qualify for. He actually said they have to advertise it with all the possible discounts to get people who shop online to come in, otherwise they would go to other dealers! What? I would have had to be a Fireman who just got out of the military, drove a competing product, had a credit score of 900 and shopped at Costco to get that price, and I would Still have to pay the BS dealer markups (Do you know how much nitrogen in tires is worth, nothing, it's the biggest scam out there, you're buying air at $150 bucks a tire!). They lied on the Internet, and lied on the phone, and they lied when I went for a test drive. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this dealer. I bought the same exact car at Daytona Jeep today for a very fair price as well as a very fair trade in allowance on my car. There are still honest dealers out there, Central Florida Jeep Chrysler Dodge is not one of them. More

My one interaction with him left me with the impression that he wanted to be anywhere else in the world other than in front of me. For someone who should see us as the lifeblood of his business, and at minimum be cordial, he couldn’t tell us we had no options and got away from us as quickly as possible. My first thought was I am leaving and never coming back. But Jemal more than earned our sale, and despite what a total a**hole Zeke was, I came back to finish the sale with Jemal and also the great communication with Nick.
