Overall a good experience....ordered ina new rim that was damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited ov damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited over an hour and half before they took it back...why have an appointment if they are not honoring them...I finally got them to take it back...about an hour after they took it back....I think they felt bad it took so long because they didn’t charge me for the mounting...:overall a relatively painless experience....just stick to your appointment times More

Great work selling the car, sales men went above and beyond prior to finalizing paperwork, horrible customer service once you’ve signed for the car. Requested specific information and the usb file/emailed file but have not received any of those items requested. Bought a brand new vehicle and instantly had to get service and received little to no support. When brought in for maintenance had to request loaner was not offered it, after service was completed sales person followed up and said he would take care of us with a free detail or full tank of gas not prior to. After service was completed had black marks on the inside trim where the work was completed and had to fill up the tank myself and also hand washed the vehicle myself. It appears the intent may be there but in my opinion the sales person should of continued to ensure that our brand new vehicle was correct instead of not assisting when requested. Great price but poor support after. In ten days of owning the vehicle we didn’t have it for 3-4 days due to needing maintenance on a brand new vehicle which was brought to the attention of the sales person almost instantly within an hour of driving it off the lot. While vehicle was in service on day two, customer service sent a text that never came, they also did not receive my text inquiring but no follow up phone call to confirm receipt of the message. Not only that but I was also required to fill up the loaner which after our poor customer service experience I thought could be waived, but was not. The poor experience was stove piped and we were never taken care of in the end. I just bought a brand new vehicle, this is not the type of support I expected from the biggest dealer in central Florida. More
