I bought a car and paid to put film on the windows and a family package of additional services. When I went to do my service I had to prove to them that I had made the payment, as they told me that I was no family package of additional services. When I went to do my service I had to prove to them that I had made the payment, as they told me that I was not entitled to anything. After checking everything, they placed 2 films, 1 on each window, driver and passenger, for $799.00 and the service for the family package I purchased was not carried out once again. I sent an email and went to the location more than 5 times, each time you go to the location you wait more than 3 hours to be told that you are not entitled to something that you paid for and have the receipts for. The film they put on my glass was full of defects, such as bubbles and cuts, and to this day nothing has been resolved. 60 days have passed!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! More

No matter how much I try to think that next time will be better, it's difficult when every single one of the last three times I've had to fix something on my car, I've had to take it back twice for the same better, it's difficult when every single one of the last three times I've had to fix something on my car, I've had to take it back twice for the same issue. The latest time, during my last service (where they were supposed to change the air filter), I took my car home with the "service done" and the next day I start noticing a lot of dust coming out of the air conditioning vents. After almost a month of waiting for it to improve, I decide to call and say that in my opinion (I work with air conditioners) they forgot to put the filter in, to which they replied, "It wasn't changed last time because we didn't have it, but I have one in my hand so bring it whenever you want and we'll give you a $20 discount." I wondered if that wasn't included in my service, but it doesn't matter, all I wanted was to be able to turn on my air and not have to close my eyes to avoid the dust falling on my face. The next day I turn on the air and it's the same, a week goes by (it doesn't improve) and I call my agent again and tell him what happened, and this was literally his response: "Do you drive it down any dirt roads or paths?" I replied, "No, just my house and office, not even the beach." He said, "I am not sure why you are getting so much dust. I myself have not had this issue brought to me." And he doesn’t say anymore. It’s been 4 days since I spoke to him and I am still waiting for like bring it let’s gonna see deeply what's happening or something. My experience has always been so complicated at this dealership.
