Although we provided a contact phone number when dropping off the vehicle, all updates were sent only via text, and it was extremely d communication. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it had not been washed or detailed, and we were not given any instructions on where to find it in the lot. Clearer communication and attention to these details would greatly improve the overall service experience. More
