I set up an appointment week in advance for a diagnostic. I come in early to drop off the car. I waited a few hours no call, I came by ask how it was doing, and they haven’t even started on the car and said I come in early to drop off the car. You would think a diagnostic would take long compared to them working on other cars. But to not even give me a heads up for waiting. More
