Happy taken care of with no appointment but disappointed that tech claim truck was ready. When I personally checked I found that the new sunvisor had dirty fingerprints and a screw missing. Tech looks like he tighten it to hard and broken the head off. New screw had to be ordered and I picked it up and had my mechanic install it. Tech should live up to there mistake. More

I had brought my jeep in with an electrical issue where it would not start. The dealership got it running again which was fantastic. However i was told 1 to 2 weeks and it took them 6 weeks with very littl it would not start. The dealership got it running again which was fantastic. I brought the jeep back and they tell me that it doesnt stall out and they cant fix the problem. My service advisor Eli is awful at communicating and i have absolutely no idea what the technician did to 'fix' my vehicle because it is not in my paperwork, it just states i paid $1340 for labor, no parts. This jeep means the world to me and i was willing to spend whatever needed to fix it. I will NEVER. Bring my jeep back to this dealership because i was told i am pretty much out of luck but they got it running and "thats what i asked them to do" which i wanted it running correctly. I am a technician for marine and i have managed to replace part after part trying to find this problem because i do not have the systems to fix it myself as i am out of state and from Michigan. If i get into an accident because of the stall outs i will 100% be holding the dealership liable. I am pissed off and insulted. Because someone called me offering to buy the jeep, which means they know how to fix it, they just wont. Glad you guys got nearly $1400 out of me for it still to not start most days and have lots of stall outs. I would like to know what the technician did to get it running so i can tell my new technician whats been done to the vehicle since the initial problem started. Im upset and this dealership does not care. They just wanted money, they did not fix my vehicle they only got it running. But it does not run well. More
