After last service when I requested tier rotation my tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told the tire pressure system sensor was faulty. This was a return visit after they put an oil filter on our vehicle with no seal on it. The van leaked oil. We have had nothing but issues with the service manager for our vehicle. To the point that we have now requested working with a different service person. We have had to come in 4 times to fix 2 issues in a for our vehicle. To the point that we have now requested working with a different service person. We have had to come in 4 times to fix 2 issues in a vehicle just over a year old, and have gotten the run around with any questions asked. We were told this was a 1 day fix, and it took almost a week. It wasnt until I got my husband involved that we were able to get any answers, because apparently as a woman I dont need to be informed about my car or understand what they're talking about. The mechanics are great, the Sales department is great, but the service reps need a revamp. More
