I went in to have my vehicle serviced and was treated with so much respect. (I’m a woman that doesn’t usually happen when I go to service shops) I was listened to when I was explaining what was wrong and with so much respect. Took my car in to fix brakes and my horn as it wasn't working. Received a text that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told my brakes were fixed however, my horn wasn't as they needed mor working. Received a text that my car was ready for pick up. I never gave the impression that there was a time line on when my car needed to be ready and was unsure why my horn wasn’t fixed. Overall, service was great and everyone was very polite but I felt like they didn’t nor wanted to do a full inspection of my vehicle to see if there were any other issues I wasn't unaware of.. More
