During the process, Tim was exceptionally helpful in the virtual presentation identifying key aspects of my purchase . It was because of the video that reassured me the purchase would meet all my expectations- he sold me!!! As for the final process in establishing the purchase agreement, Chris’s detailed explanation down to the penny made it easy for me to purchase the additional warranty.
