We ended up exchanging our vehicle within 72 hours because we decided we wanted a higher trim with more advanced features and lower mileage. Even though Ms. Saw Yu Nwe Zin was off that day, she still came into the dealership to help us take care of the exchange, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. They even helped take care of my little dog while I was test-driving the car, which I really appreciated! 🐶❤️ So far, we’re very happy with our car and our experience. Disappointed with CBB. Put down a deposit to purchase a Macan. They agreed to fix a rear backup speaker not working. Had it at Porsche Chandler, where the speaker was not f Put down a deposit to purchase a Macan. They agreed to fix a rear backup speaker not working. Had it at Porsche Chandler, where the speaker was not fixed, and they found the car needed new rear brakes and new rear tires. CBB would only fix the brakes and not tires, or speaker. Car immediately needed brakes and tires and I would not have known if I didn’t pay $500 for the inspection. Now I’m out $500, and no car. Guess I dodged a bullet. They did refund my deposit, but they should have fixed the brakes, tires, and backup speaker. More
