As a matter of fact Howie and Alex sales guys (I got 2 because I'm special) lol...Were very professional and knowledgeable on the Porsche I purchased. Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!! Andrew Jones was my sales representative. I went to look at 2 different BMW X3 vehicles. Andrew was very polite, professional, and informative. He answered all my questions and was very fun to work with. At the end of the test drive, I was unable to decide between the 2 vehicles. Andrew was very low pressure and told me to take as much time as I needed to decide... he really cared more about me being happy with the vehicle I chose than he cared about me buying one the same day. I went home that night and after doing some research, I texted Andrew a few questions. He responded promptly and was again, very informative. I went back the next day to buy the vehicle I decided on. The buying process was very to the point, no fine print or anything, and very honest. I got the interest rate and price I wanted with no hassle or back and forth bargaining...unlike every other dealership I've ever gone to. Going through Finance was a breeze and was again, no pressure - straight to the point. Travis seemed like a really nice guy and I could tell he really cared about my buying experience. I couldn't believe it! Andrew even called me a couple days after my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new X3! I've never had a good experience at a car dealership. This experience was completely not what I expected and in the future, as long as they have a vehicle I want in stock, I will only go here to purchase. They don't waste your time, they are very straight up and honest, and really care about their customers! They sell cars the way every dealership should. More
