Low pressure place to buy a car I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS-V from CBB. I originally came in to look at a Mercedes E550 I had seen online. Chris Beaman was helping my wife I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS-V from CBB. I originally came in to look at a Mercedes E550 I had seen online. Chris Beaman was helping my wife and I that day. He was very patient, so I test drove a couple of other cars that I was also cross-shopping. None of them were a perfect fit for me. A week or two later, I saw the CTS-V pop up online. I tried a couple of week nights to catch Chris, but my late work schedule didn't line up with his. After a couple tries, he sent me the following as part of a text message: "Please do whatever is best for your schedule. I would love to see you get that Caddy. What a cool car!". I was impressed that Chris was more interested in having a satisfied customer for the dealership than keeping a client for himself. Starting with when I went to test drive the car, I worked with Bobby Ortega for the rest of my purchase. Bobby let me take an extended test drive to see how the car drove on the freeway. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions that he could. Even better, he didn't make up answers to questions he didn't know. He also gave me time to spend some time sitting in and going over the car at my own pace. When I finally decided to buy the car, Bobby got me through the process quickly. Bobby not only sells cars but is a "car guy", so he is a good one to bounce things off as you think through your decision. I would highly recommend working with either Bobby or Chris. You should know that CBB has a business model where they don't negotiate on price. If you are the kind of car buyer who is willing to spend time travelling to California or Las Vegas and haggling over the very last dollar, CBB might not be the place to feel like you got the best possible deal. If they have a car that you think is reasonably priced and you don't want to deal with four levels of management trying to agree on a price and constant up-selling, then you would do well to give CBB a chance. I did knock a star off for the fact that the car had an issue when I bought it that their shop probably should have caught when it was in service. It is a fairly common issue with that model, and I was aware of it when I bought the car. I knew the car was still under the original powertrain warranty, so I took it straight to the dealer without giving CBB a chance to fix it for me. (So I can't comment on how the quality of their service.) Mercedes and BMWs are what they do all day long, but I would suggest you take the time to thoroughly check out any cars that are a little less common to avoid any surprises. I would definitely recommend giving them a try, and ask for Bobby or Chris. More

He know a lot about his cars, models, which are good engine wise, long lasting, quality, and most important his inventory. Above that he is exceptionally friendly. His good mood and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers, has no words. He works fast to get you thru the paperwork, as many of us hate the waiting and process time. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for your car, or not sure what you want. Travis Walters also is very friendly and helpful, breaks down the numbers for you, is very patient if its your first time and explains everything in detail, he works in the Finance department, so if you ever need help, he is your guy. Definitely coming to this dealer. More

Disappointed I want to start by saying that Danny was very polite and very attentive. I do recommend him as a salesman. I had been given an appraisal on my vehicle at 39k. I then went to my bank, gave them the information about our pending car deal, and got my approval. This process took a week and a half. In that time, and over the span of about 600 miles driven on my trade in, apparently the value dropped by 3k...or at least according to the dealer. So now that I had gone through the process of receiving my loan from my bank, and I returned to the store ready to buy, my trade valuation was 3 grand less with "no flexibility". There were no surprises here on my end. I had been into the dealership before and on top of that had sent approximately 15 photos of my trade for proper appraisal. The only surprise was that I walked in expecting to drive home a different vehicle and instead was jipped by 3 thousand dollars. It's all really too bad because I would have been happy to buy from Danny, just not whoever feels it's appropriate to step back 3k on a trade in a week and a half... More
