I am recommending CBB to all my friends and family! It's a drive but well worth it. Finance dept. was great was able to buy an extended warranty and was out within 10 to 15 mins tops! More

Late on Saturday night I discovered that you had an Audi station wagon in the model year and color that I had been looking for during the past month. I was contacted via email first thing on Sunday morning by Berrin and met with him later that day for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. At that time, I was fairly certain that the Audi was the perfect car for my needs. Upon arriving at the dealership at noon on Sunday I was greeted by Berrin who had the car ready for me to take for a test drive. During the test drive, Berrin conversed with me regarding my family and my vehicle needs and purposes. To my dismay, the Audi was just too small and Berrin began to casually describe several other vehicles in your inventory that would better suit me. By the time we arrived back at the dealership from the test drive, Berrin skillfully convinced me to give the Lexus RX350 a try and to be open minded about the style and manufacturer of the car. Needless to say, after the test drive, Berrin and I began to immediately work on the purchasing documents with the intention of closing the sale on Monday. I was sold. I am writing because I wish to bring his salesmanship and affability to your attention, as so often the little things people do are overlooked and under appreciated. When I returned on Monday, Berrin and Travis had all of the paperwork ready to go and it was a simple exchange of cash and the signing of a few documents and the deal was done. I initiated the transaction by inquiring about the vehicle on line. Mr. Ortega answered all my questions that I had regarding the condition of the vehicle. I didn't want to travel to Arizona and be disappointed. However, all my questions and concerns were answered by the text messages, emails & phone calls. Mr. Ortega offered to pick me up from the airport which even let me know that I was dealing with a true professional. After completing the transaction I had four hours prior to my flight leaving to go back to California . I was then taken to the local mall and was advised of the many restaurants in the area & shopping that I may also enjoy before I left Arizona. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership for the attention to detail that Bobby Ortega continued throughout the entire process. More
