After spending time at six different dealerships in all parts of the Valley I became impatient. Fortunately I checked out Benz and Beemer and am very happy with my new vehicle purchase. Jeff Hallenbeck was very professional and I never felt pressured into making a decision. There was no dog-and-pony show with the all too often, "let me talk to my sales manager" intimidation. Engine light on dash came on unexpectiedly I went to the Service Department of Certified Benz & Beemers and was promptly met by Tyson. I explained what had happened and he said that he would get someone on it right away. Within 30 minutes he came to me and said that the light came on because I needed an oil change. He also discovered that a tire sensor was not giving a proper reading so he had that fixed as well. Tyson handled everything in a very professional manner and I was back on the road in a very short time. I highly recommend Certified Benz & Beemer's Service. More

Dream Car From A Great Dealer After having looked at over 50 cars and dealing with dealer after dealer in my quest to find the perfect Camaro SS for me, I came upon Certified Benz After having looked at over 50 cars and dealing with dealer after dealer in my quest to find the perfect Camaro SS for me, I came upon Certified Benz & Beemer online. Right off the back I could tell that I was in great hands when Andy Manahl met my mother in law and I as we stepped out of our car. He already had the three cars I was going to look at lined up, including an inferno orange metallic 2012 Camaro SS that he had literally just gotten in the day before and wasn’t even listed online yet! I hadn’t seen one like it in over 50 cars! Andy was very professional and attentive. Since I had just had open heart surgery 12 days prior he even test drove the car for me. He listened to my every request in how I wanted the car driven to test what it could do. Boy was it an adrenaline rush! Needless to say there was no need to drive the other two cars and I was sold! Every single staff member was genuinely nice from management down. It was truly a one of as kind experience! Thanks a Million! More

Great car buying experience, but check the fuel tank! I went onto USAA's car buying service and inquired about two vehicles in which I was interested. Jeff Hallenbeck contacted me via phone about my inte I went onto USAA's car buying service and inquired about two vehicles in which I was interested. Jeff Hallenbeck contacted me via phone about my interest and invited me to come in to take a look at them. I was going on vacation, but as soon as I returned I called Jeff and we set up a time to look at the car (I changed my mind on the other car) in which I was interested. The day before our appointment, Jeff called me to confirm the appointment. I live in Tucson, so I had to drive up to Scottsdale (about 1 1/2 hours away). I arrived at the dealership and Jeff came to meet me and showed me the car. He was very honest, up front, and did not use any "pressure" tactics. He showed me the vehicle, answered all my questions, and allowed me to test drive the car. I really liked the car, but there was no haggling on the price. It was fixed, according to Jeff, but at least he was up front about it. I researched the "fair-market" vale of the car on True Car, and it was within that range. However, I was looking for a "great" deal, and the price of the car was within the range of a "good" deal. Also, the price of the car was a bit higher than what I wanted to spend, so I wanted to go to lunch and think about it. Jeff, to my surprise, offered me to take the car to lunch! I was a bit taken aback by his offer and politely refused as I did not want anything to happen to the car while it was in my possession. Inevitably, I decided to purchase the car and subsequently returned to the dealership and informed Jeff of my intent. The car buying process went smoothly and relatively quickly. Jeff took some initial information and handed me off to Tracey, who I couldn't say enough good things about. I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes while she prepared the paperwork and, when she called me into her office, the actual signing of the documents took about 15 minutes. In the meantime, Jeff prepared the car for delivery. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, Jeff and Tracey were both professional and displayed exceptional customer service. The only reason I did not give this review five stars was that, on my way back to Tucson, my low fuel light went on and I had to stop to fill up the tank with gas. I informed Jeff about my inconvenience when I arrived at home and he said that in order to keep costs low, the dealership's policy is that each vehicle only needs to be filled up to 1/4 of a tank upon delivery to the customer. I recommended to Jeff that they change this policy, or at least provide enough gas for the customer to get home! He offered to buy me a tank of gas the next time I"m up in Scottsdale, but my disappointment is that, after spending over $30,000 on a car, the dealership wouldn't even fill up the tank when delivering the car to the customer. I can understand the rationale for cutting costs, but that's just good customer service, at least in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this dealership, but would warn them to check the gas tank when leaving! More
