Everything that the salesman, Howard told us about the car was absolutely true. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to complete the deal. So we had to sign it again. Even after that, it was not the correct paperwork. So it was again sent to us to complete. Howard sent the car to the cleanup shop to be cleaned well before he shipped the car. There was coffee spilt on the armrest in the backseat and the driver side of the door was not cleaned. More

Great selection and the cars are well selected, detailed, and presented. However, there are also a few caveats. First, do your homework on pricing as they don't negotiation on the offering price. In my experience, they were over-priced relative to equivalent CPO Mercedes from the flagship dealers, and the CPO cars have better warranty coverage. Secondly, although we asked clear questions up-front, we were still presented with extra charges for things that had already been verified as included in the offering price. They seemed super surprised when we walked from the deal over their games. In our experience, going down to the local Mercedes dealership saved time and saved money. And we had a fabulous purchase experience instead of the miserable one at CBB. Caveat emptor! More
